Legionnaire Natural Deodorant

The smell and feel of this deodorant is excellent. The smell isn’t overwhelming, but it is nice. I will say that after a long day it begins to lose its effectiveness, but I shower and apply deodorant daily, so I don’t need “48 hour protection “ like many ZOG deodorants advertise. It does what I need it to do. The best part of this deodorant is that it doesn’t leave disgusting residue in your arm pit hair, and it doesn’t clump and stick to your skin either. It’s by far the most comfortable deodorant I’ve ever used. I will be purchasing more. I’m looking forward to seeing if they come out with other scents, and if love to buy my wife some, when they come out with a female line of products.

The consistency is thick and rich; much better than mass-produced products with content so thin, one wonders whether it will survive even twelve hours. The scent was not very pleasant, reminding one of turpentine or some automotive application.

For years I've tried to use only non-toxic deodorants with clean ingredients. The Legionnaire Deodorant blows the others out of the water. It applies well and lasts all day. Recommended!!!

This deodorant smells great. The smell is so strong that it clears your sinuses if you put it on before bed. However, it didn't really work for me. After a few days, I could tell that it was more masking my body odor rather than eliminating it. My body odor started to overpower the smell of "Legionnaire."

PROS: When I warm up, I smell like Pine and Tea Tree. It's as though I'm in a car with one of those pine tree aroma air fresheners, but better. Seems to last all day. CONS: Because the coconut oil base is solid under 85F, it's helpful to let it warm up a bit before applying so that it's softer. Otherwise, it has a tendency to drag across the skin.

So first things first: This is a deodorant, not an antiperspirants, and that's a great thing. Antiperspirants clog your body's natural, correct sweating in order to starve out the bacteria that cause sweat odor. This Deodorant uses natural chemicals that kill off the bacteria and absorb some of the sweat. With normal use it should last the day, but you should reapply after heavy exercise. The scent is fresh and sharp, with strong scots pine backed up by tea tree. I have been using this deodorant for a bit over a month now, and can recommend it. It won't let you down, and will leave you with a pleasant natural scent that doesn't overwhelm.

This deodorant does not glide on. It is sticky. Also, the pine smell is very strong. Very strong.

I purchased this product to support DS, but I'm pleasantly surprised by the quality. I hope they make a Sandalwood or Cederwood but the two available are very good and superior to Every Man Jack, which is my usual go to.

I want to support businesses advertising on Gab, but this product is too waxy - when applying, it pulls at the skin and particularly hair causing discomfort.
